Returns Policy

Comparespecs.com want you to be 100% satisfied with the sunglasses we supplied to you.

We guarantee to sort any problems out if you contact us.

If you are not entirely delighted with your sunglasses

1. You will need to notify us immediately upon receipt of the reason you wish to return them. (see Contact us for details of ways to contact us).

2. We will e-mail to you a form which you will need to complete and which MUST be sent back with your sunglasses. We will not process anything without this completed form.

3. Return them (at your cost) to us in original packing in the same condition supplied and unused (we suggest you obtain a postal receipt for security) to arrive within 14 days from the date we post them to you*.

We will then either;

    In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are faulty

     we will (SUBJECT TO 1,2 and 3 ABOVE) either:-

    ·        Replace your sunglasses with the same model OR

    ·        Replace them for a different model (subject to you paying any difference in the price) OR

    ·        Refund the cost of your sunglasses.

    If, when we receive them we find the sunglasses were supplied in a faulty condition we will refund the cost of your postage to return them to us unless we replace them. 

    * The 14 day periods starts from the date stamped on the delivery note with the sunglasses.

    (We do not refund the original cost of postage in any circumstances.)
